We all have them. It’s embarrassing and hard to discuss, but everybody has thoughts that run unkind and unseemly. The brain can think of some tasteless, rude comments, and those comments can recline on the edge of our tongue.  If unchecked, they can blast into our spouse in times of conflict and leave them leveled and hurting. If unchecked, they can tear down years of shared trust and love.
