Most couples have great aspirations about where they want to go, what they want to build, and how they want to live. But few couples spend significant time comparing their actual choices with those aspirations. They live with a loose sense of how current choices and future aspirations align, but seldom are those feelings supported by hard data. We have a general idea of where our money and time are going, but few couples can turn generalities into the life they hope to live, or more importantly, the life God wants them to have.
Faith is the act of trusting God to guide you to the next right choice. It’s not about having all the answers or having an entire map before you. It’s about asking God to show you the next right step and trusting Him to meet you there.
